4. The evaluation process adheres to the principle of openness and impartiality, and accepts social supervision.1. The shortlisted works will receive a national level honor certificate issued by the guiding unit. 2. The shortlisted works will be exhibited at the Beijing Particle Art Museum for national public welfare during the 2023 National Day holiday. The opening ceremony and award ceremony will be held at 14:00 on October 2, during which major media outlets will be invited to report and promote the works.
