
Yesterday, under the guidance of the Cultural and Creative Development Research Institute of Tsinghua University, the "Art Healing Cultural and Creative Sustainable Development Salon" jointly organized by the Cultural and Creative Professional Committee of Tsinghua Alumni Association, IFIC International Art Healing Sustainable Development Center, and Asian Art Healing Research Institute was successfully held at the AIGC Urban Memory Exhibition Center in the western area of the International Sculpture Park in Shijingshan District, Beijing.



This salon brings together experts, scholars, and practitioners from diverse fields such as cultural creativity, art therapy, mental health, cultural tourism industry, investment, and artificial intelligence to explore cutting-edge issues in the integration of art therapy and cultural creativity, and promote sustainable ecological construction in this field.

The event kicked off with a speech by Zhou Jialun, Secretary General of the Cultural and Creative Professional Committee of the Tsinghua Alumni Association. He introduced the work of the Cultural and Creative Committee in promoting alumni innovation cooperation and promoting the integrated development of cultural and creative industries, and emphasized the important significance of combining art therapy with cultural and creative industries in contemporary social mental health and cultural construction.

Shi Duo, Executive Director of the Asian Art Healing Research Institute and initiator of the IFIC International Art Healing Emotional Biennial, shared the specific path of combining art healing with cultural and creative design from the perspective of curatorial practice. He demonstrated through case studies how to transform healing concepts into perceptible and interactive cultural and creative products and experiences through exhibition forms.

Xiao Xue, a Ph.D. in psychology, visiting scholar at Oxford University, and deputy chief physician of the Department of Psychiatry at Tsinghua University Beijing Tsinghua Chang Gung Hospital, elaborated on the practical achievements and application value of art therapy in the field of psychiatry from both clinical and scientific perspectives. She pointed out that art, as a non-verbal expression and intervention medium, has unique advantages in psychological counseling, emotional management, and rehabilitation promotion.

Cai Changqing, co-founder of Guandu Culture and Tourism and researcher at the Digital Culture Industry Laboratory of Tsinghua Qingdao Academy of Arts and Science Innovation, discussed how healing concepts can empower non standardized cultural and tourism formats. He proposed that cultural tourism projects that incorporate art healing elements can enhance the depth of the experience and create consumption scenes with more emotional connection and physical and mental recovery value.

Jiang Yanyan, Executive Director of InnoAngel Fund, Executive Director of Beijing Frontier International Artificial Intelligence Research Institute, and Sino German Dance Therapist, focuses on the intersection of art therapy, cultural and creative industries, and women's growth. She analyzed the innovative opportunities and internal growth space that this field brings to women from both investment and physical and mental practice perspectives.

You Yitong, General Manager of Beijing Xinhua Entertainment Film and Television Group and Deputy Secretary General of Asia Art Healing Research Institute, draws on the development logic of film and television IP to explore its inspiration for the cross-border of healing culture and creativity. She believes that the IP based thinking of storytelling, character development, and emotional resonance can effectively enhance the dissemination and user stickiness of healing cultural and creative products.

In the subsequent roundtable forum segment, attendees engaged in in-depth discussions and interactions around the topic of "Sustainable Future of Art Healing". The discussion covers multiple dimensions such as disciplinary construction, integration of industry and academia, market cultivation, and social recognition, providing valuable insights and direction suggestions for the long-term development of the art therapy cultural and creative field.

Through cross disciplinary dialogue and practical experience sharing, this salon successfully established a communication platform for the integration, fusion, and innovation of art therapy and cultural and creative industries. The event not only deepened the understanding of the social value of art therapy, but also explored its commercial potential and sustainable model in combination with cultural and creative industries, injecting new impetus and inspiration into the future development of related fields.
